In the app, tap Account, then Support to chat with us. You can also email marketingshark@sharksuite.ai. We answer the same day.

Can't sign in?

On the sign-in screen, tap Send a link to sign in and we email you a link that signs you straight in. Forgot your password? Tap Forgot your password? to choose a new one.

Your plan and billing

Plans are managed on our website. To change or cancel yours, sign in at marketingshark.app or email marketingshark@sharksuite.ai.

Deleting your account

In the app, tap Account, then Delete my account, or email marketingshark@sharksuite.ai. We delete your account, leads and messages within 7 days and email you when it's done.
